Introduction
Bafedi Primary School is one of the public Schools that exists in Sekhukhune District Region of Limpopo Province. The school depends on allocation of norms and standards by the Department of Education. Thus in order to effectively and efficiently run all its activities to satisfaction the school, the principal and chairperson of SGB are seriously engaged in a campaign wooing support from outside individuals and institutions/organizations.

That meeting was held on the 14th October 2018 at the same place and it was facilitated by the same person. All people who attended the meeting were not happy with the infrastructure of the school. For instance the school has no administration office, and some of its classrooms are very old and dilapidated. We therefore established development committee which shall serve as subcommittee of the SGB. Chairperson of the SGB is the convener of that committee and other members are as follows;
3.1. Mr. Lehlagare Matlala

Bafedi Primary School Foundation
We reiterate that funds of the school are not enough to fulfil our development action for the school. In order to implement development action plan the established development committee is working towards formation of foundation that would be able to generate funds. That Foundation would enable the school to safeguard our properties; to develop infrastructure; to improve quality of education and to execute other functions of the school.
Thus for the school to be successful, we are appealing to the following people to contribute certain amount of money into an account that may approved by the MEC of the Department of Education in our Province;

All parents whose children are registered at our school are compelled to attend all meetings of the school. They must also ensure that their children attend school the whole period of the year. Parents must assist their children without compromise on their school work. Any parent who does not attend meetings of the school and s/he who doesn't care about children's absence at school and the one who does not assist his/her children on school work must simply know and understand that s/he contravene the law of our country. Therefore SGB has the right to inform and or involve social workers and police men/women about such illegal activities.
6. Involvement of community
School is an asset of the community. It continues to produce leaders of tomorrow. Excluding members of the community in our school would not help us in any way. We accept to work together with everybody and every institution on a program that is intended to improve quality of education. It is our hope that together we can do more in our school. People must not bring their differences or squabbles/problems at school.
7. Business people
The school and the Department of Education cannot do enough if they don't invite business people to actively participate in development programs of the school. As we really understand the significant role that can be played by private sector we are vehemently engaging local and outside business people in order to forge strong partnership with them. All business men and women should voluntarily liaise with the school principal and or chairperson of the SGB in order offer any kind of assistance that would be appreciated. Let us come together and join hands. Together we can do more to improve education of our children and a society at large.
8. Discipline At Our School
In our school discipline is not used as a means of punishment to cause pain to somebody. All teachers are expected to instill discipline to learners whose behavior reflect misconduct. Wherein a continues with his / her misconduct, teachers are responsible to inform and involve the principal who report the matter to SGB members if the learner is reluctant to change. The SGB has capacity to manage such kind of situations as they call special meeting with parent(s) of an learner who fail to cooperate in the school. The process that we follow therein as means of instilling discipline is as follows;
- Advice
- Reprimand
- Home Visits
- Involvement Of Relevant Structures
- Reporting to the Department Of Education
