Wellinton Sepadi Matlala is serious about development of the communities around Jane Furse and neighboring villages within Sekhukhune Region of Limpopo Province. During his term as ward councilor in Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality, Taxman organized and paid for transport as he arranged an induction program whereby he made learners of Matsebong High School familiar with environment of university at university of the North as part of motivating them to be committed with their studies. Most of those learners performed well at the end of their final exams. They ended up registering with tertiary institutions and they are currently working. Mr. Moses Mosese is an example. His parents were struggling to financially support him to further his studies. Eventually Taxman approached local and young business man, the late Garry Tjale who voluntarily managed to contribute certain funds which made it possible for Moses to be registered at tertiary institution.
During the term of Mrs Chrissie Phokoane as chairperson of SGB at Bafedi Primary School while Mr. the late Moleke was the Principal, Tax Matlala was coopted into the SGB and he led the team to successfully trace school property which was supposed to be delivered at the school. Some old people were complaining that they could not benefit from old age grants as their identity documents had been erred. For that matter Tax Matlala arranged with the Department of Home Affairs in order to inform them about the requirements correcting their identity documents. Only the late Mrs. Kgaphola who was known as Mmago Mpuru managed to collect the documents as per requirements. Then Tax organized and paid transport for Mrs. Kgaphola to Lebowakgomo where her identity document had been corrected and ended up successfully benefiting the grant as she so hoped.

Actually Mr Mashabela was responding to the call of the Executive Mayor and Taxman whishes them together with all who are mentioned above good luck in that program as it reflect their dedication to social development.
Taxman resolved to involve Mrs. Tebogo Nonyane who was eager to assist in the program so that he can have somebody to witness what takes place in relation to contributions. That is the reason why today Taxman and Tebogo are calling upon all people (individuals and organizations) who might be interested in accomplishment of the project: construction of the house for Virginia Makua.
Mr Mashabela disclosed that he participated in activities aimed at a fight against poverty such as building a house for a particular family within Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality; and supporting community sport by donating for tournaments and buying soccer kits to foot ball clubs in Ngwanamatlang community.
